Color Guard at the Round Rock Express Game

The Round Rock Express Team has invited us to participate in Military Appreciation Night.
    When: 23 June
    Time: 1900 or 7:00pm
    Where: Round Rock, Dell Diamond Ballpark
    Uniform: Class A Blues (bring a squadron (or any CAP-related) t-shirt and shorts/pants to change into after the detail)
    Cost: $5-$6

Our Color Guard will be presenting the colors and will need to be there at 1830 for practice. However, we will be meeting at Camp Mabry (Building 30) at 1530 (3:30 p.m.) to get fitted for equipment and practice the routine. Please come to the base in your Class A blues uniform. Bring a CAP t-shirt and shorts or pants to change into after the presentation of the colors. Please email C/Capt Richard Pope if you would like to serve on this detail or have any questions about the color guard. Even if you have never even seen a military color guard, much less have any experience in one, give C/Capt Pope an email if you are even slightly interested. We will give you the instruction you need.

If we want to do this as a group, please email 2d Lt Daren Jaeger so we can get tickets. They are $6 if we sit behind home plate or $5 if we sit on the 1st or 3rd plate lines. But we have to get a headcount.
