AIRMAN LEADERSHIP SCHOOL (ALS)

What is ALS

The Airman Leadership School is the first school in the Texas Wing CTEP series.  ALSs are conducted at a group level as single schools, unlike the other schools.  While CTEP LSs are conducted at the wing level and on a regular basis, airman leadership schools occur when groups or squadrons decide to conduct one.  This means there is no regularly scheduled ALS unless a group or squadron determines to maintain a schedule of regular ALSs.

This school is for cadets in the airman grades and is highly recommended before taking NCOA; though it should be noted that an ALS is not a prerequisite to attending NCOA.

Many files have been created to assist hosting units in conducting ALSs in a standardized manner across the wing.  These files are provided to you below.
