Lackland Airshow
Lackland AFB will host their semi-annual airshow on 4 - 5 November. It will
be the only major military air show in the San Antonio area this year. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the show. CAP members must wear the Class B Blues uniform to this event (wear it properly as you will be representing CAP to everyone there); if you do not have a complete blues uniform, come in equivalent civilian attire (button-up shirt, slacks, and nice shoes, not tennis shoes or sneakers). There will be a group leaving Building 30 at Camp Mabry at 0700 promptly on Saturday! If you wish to travel to Lackland AFB with that group, please show up at least 15 minutes before (0645). The group should be getting back to Building 30 by 1900 on Saturday. If you wish to travel on your own, feel free to do so. NOTE: The USAF Thunderbirds will be making an appearance at the airshow!
Monthly Activities
Our squadron completed the Squadron Aerospace Education (AE) program.
To meet the miniumum requirements we completed 6 months of AE activites from the AEX II book.

Aerospace Quiz and Mentor Awards
Each Month we are going to have a quiz over aerospace topics that are in the Cadets Books, News Events, or relating to a project. During AE activities I will also be looking for mentors who assist other cadets and want to reward for their service.
